A Case of Bad Management

101 San Fernando is a place to live if you like flashy superficial lifestyle and try to impress people, but can't afford to live anywhere nicer for reals. AND, you will be paying for it; the current management will bill you with the highest bid they can get away with. All I can say is that the management is about as bad as it gets. They are extremely dishonest, unhelpful, and lack any respect for their tennants. And don't expect to pick up any packages if you work 9-5. It impossible to pick up anything urgent. My relative once sent me frozen lobsters from East Coast and although the package says 'EXTREME URGENT: NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED IMMEDIATELY', the management didn't bother to notify me. They often (as you may have already read from fake positive reviews they posted here) boost that they have a great service for picking up peoples' packages etc, but it wasn't not even an option for us. The delivery personnels from FEDEX, USPS and UPS in the area are lazy and has a bad attitude so it makes it worse.

The management is without question a horrible and incompetant team.

I lived here only because of my work in downtown and yes, I, too, was fooled and I regret it totally. I'm not renewing this bad place.

Overall, I give 101 San Fernando a D- or F
