Incompetence says it all

The only major problems we had was with the office staff and low-life tenants but it was so bad that even though the apartments are semi-decent, I would NEVER recommend living there.
101 San fernando hires uneducated staff and inexperienced kids to run its apartment. As a result, you can only imagine what sort of mix-ups, erroneous charges, loss of documents, false promises, and outright lies and disrespectable attitudes you will encounter with wannabe teeny boppers and an incompetant manager and assistant manager running the show. If Forest City management actually delivered on its written promise of 'Elevating downtown living', this management team would have been fired by now. Clearly, they still hold their reign of deplorable service. But guess what' You think you can avoid dealing with the leasing staff after you move in' Well, when your neighbors constantly bug you with loud noise, packages been directed to leasing office without your approval, apartment falls apart, you'll be dealing with them. Trust me. And then they'll greet you with the usual hubris they exude to people they select to dislike who's been duped into signing a lease.
