Hello fellas,
I have been over the past two years at 101 San Fernando Apartments and I have been experienced a great deal of wonderful things. When I first moved here, this place was not so great but it has changed so much for the past year since the new management took over. Yes, they are human being so they will make mistakes like the rest of us. No one is perfect. But we have to speak fairly, they did put in their effort to put this place together and improve it so much.
If you are party animal, or trouble makers of course you will hate current managment because they do not tolerate these type of behaviors. I witness my neighbor got kicked out for being loud. If you are not speaking fairly or being bias then you should not write these words because that is not nice to put others down to make yourself looking good. If you have problem with current managment staff, I suggest you should address your issue with them so they can resolve and change.
I will recommend this place to all the people I know.
