We just did a systems check and as it turns out, 94% of the negative reviews are all coming from one San Jose, CA IP address.

This is truly a nice property, visit them and see for yourself!

Unless you are also the IT Manager for apartmenratings.com, your claim is worthless. Your 'IP Check' is a bunk. If apartmentratings.com believed that there are multiple responses from the same IP address, they would take it upon themselves to remove them. Do the RIGHT thing and convince the rest of your company that proper management is the best way to start getting positive reviews. Suck it up.

Tell your co-workers at Forest City that while you built a nice property, it had many problems when I lived there. See my post as of today.

Have to disagree Sam, I live in the apartment complex right now and I CAN'T WAIT till my lease is up. While you might work for the same company we all live here and sadly all of the negative comments I have read are true and warranted.
