Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived here almost 2 years. Not a very good experience. The office has been constantly mismanaged with a disinterested staff. There are low income tenants with unruly kids. Weird people hang around sometimes.Furniture, TV and even pictures have been stolen from the common areas. Maintenace response was below average.
The apartments are large, but amentities inside and out are sparse or average. Rents are very high and they charge extra for parking. Tenants routinely park in others' reserved spaces. Noise carries from the outside, though the windows are fairly sound proof.
