It's like living in a dorm!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
My girlfriend and I lived there for about 2 years. She liked it, because it warm during the winter... however, beware of the college kids! Some of them stay up during the wee hours of night and thump their music to Bump and Grind!
The Maintenance Staff are very helpful and courteous... some of the management is corrupt. Noise Complaints go unoticed. The walls are just drywall... sound just goes right through.
The only good thing about 101 is that it located next to some hot spots in Downtown San Jose. Other than that... don't expect any peace and quiet in the area!
