I have lived here for almost 2 yrs and I have had 5 or 6 pairs of shoes stolen from my front door. I've had to call security for the noise problem countless times.I've seen non-residents hangout and drink 40's like they own the complex! Others have moved because they didn't feel safe because they have had apartment and car theft. Management is polite but not accomadating at all! I was once one day late on my rent and they would not accept my payment because they said they had to send me an eviction notice and charge me a $100 late fee then required me to bring back a cashiers check although I never had a check bounce. It's just alot of little things that make this place not really with the trouble. It's like living with a bunch of nasty brats who live like pigs! The maintenance staff is generally very nice and accomadating but that's the only positive thing I can say about my stay here.
