Although good location - everything else is bad!

I lived here for a year my first time moving into San Jose because it looked really nice and was in a prime location for working downtown. The problem is...that's where the good stopped. This place is waaayyy way too expensive for what you get. They raised my rent by $150 after only a year! They also hit you hard when you move out by trying to charge extravagant cleaning, painting and carpeting fees, even if your apartment is spotless and just as you moved in. The office management, with the exception of John (the only guy), is absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional group I've come across in all my years renting. They are very nice when you first move in, but after that it all goes downhill. Two girls in particular (if they still work there) are inconsiderate and just plain don't care. I would only recommend this apartment to rich college kids as it is also pretty noisy with the bar scene so close.
