I was leary of moving in after reading all of the bad reviews from "past residents". But I am happy I went ahead and moved in. I moved in during the Fall in one of the 2 bedroom townhomes. The apartment is nice, the staff is friendly, parking is secure and we get 1 space per bedroom, maintenence is always pleasant, takes 48 hours but they are efficent. If you are considering these apartments beware of 3rd street, the garbage trucks run early and the bars stay open late so it can be noisy sometimes. I suggest heavy curtains, they buffer alot. That is the only complaint I have had and the complex has no control over that issue.
