NOT WORTH IT!! Horrible parking, noisy

The complex is a beautiful complex, but overpriced for what it is...
1. Noise: The sound insulation is pretty good between the walls, but is HORRIBLE between floors. I can hear everything that goes on in the apartment above me, from them having arguments, walking across the floor, dropping things on the floor, opening doors and cabinets, and having sex. The city is noisy with cars, drunk people etc - I knew that moving in. But for some reason the city has a guy with a leaf blower out at 2 am right below my window. If you were considering moving in, take a room that faces the inside courtyard.
2. Front desk staff: Courteous, but dumb. One of them tried to steal a package that I ordered from an expensive company (it had the logo on the box). Basically she claimed it never arrived (even though the post office had tracked it as delivered), and tried to stop another one of the front desk staff from searching for it. The other staff member found it buried in the back of the mail room. Very shady.
3. Maintenance: Very quick and responsive, but only half fixes things. I had to call them twice to fix the washer, and twice for a broken toilet.
4. Parking: I had stacked parking with my roommate, which was really annoying. There is also no guest parking, so anytime I had guests over, they would have to pay for parking in the city garage. If I tried to have them park in the Bank of America parking, a security guard would come out and threaten to tow, even though B of A is obviously closed at night. Oh, and just so you know, some residents smoke weed in the parking garage. You can smell it at night.
All in all, its a pretty complex, but there are much better places around for the price. There isnt even a pool here, and the exercise room is tiny. They also keep raising the rent each year, and I am sure it will keep going up with the new condos and retail space being built across the street.
