DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

I just moved out after 10-months. I've left with a very bitter taste of the place and have been inconvienced, and screwed around numerous times while living there.

THE GOOD:
- Apartments are nice, but definitely over priced.
- Maintenance and Cleaning staff are nice hard working people.

THE BAD:
- The Office staff, are mostly smug and constantly screw up or ignore call-in requests or appointments
- DO NOT sign up for automatic rent withdrawals, because it is not automatic. For the month of September, they accidentally withdrew 2-rent payments, wiped out my checking account. October they never withdrew any, and tried to stick me with late charges
- $50 DOLLARS for lost garage key, they'll lie and say you will get it refunded.
-Elevators are SLOW; Security Gates rarely work, leaving you locked out, even with your key.
- NOISY upstairs neighbors, Office Staff will do nothing about it.
- 4 WEEKS & Several Calls later I finally was able to get some minor maintenance issues resolved.

* Look Elsewhere, PLEASE

I think you got inferior complex here. No one is perfect, no place is perfect(except in coffin). The problem I have is - this apartment is in the middle of downtown - the hole in the doghnut San Jose. City hires someone that cleans the parking garage between 2-4am. Bars just about everywhere to entertain the losers. Dump trucks.....Off hour answering service staff, or the lack of, is the one that gets drunk with the losers. There are as many losers who live in an apartment as well. So good luck. Don't blame the office staffs, they are just working as hard as anyone else. You are trying to paint the sky with only a drop.
