So glad I don't live in the 101's anymore. The fire alarms go off more often than the fire alarms on the SJSU campus. Construction all the time. Parking garage always smells like a trash can and is usually flooded ... more

They charge you for day-to-day maintenance!!! Vinyl in kitchen and bathroom!!!

Unbelievable - you have to pay any type of maintenance, should anything break, and it certainly does in that old building. Think about anything that can break - kitchen cabinets, fridge, dishwasher... anything - you have to pay to get ... more
