No anemities, poorly built (things falling apart and breaking like doors, kitchen cupboards and appliances), bad plumbing, never enough hot water. Landlord takes long time to repair and always goes the cheapest route, so repair doesn't last. Rent way too high for the neighborhood and type of apartment. Neighborhood poor, things stolen and police around a lot. Most neighboring apartments have too many people in one-bedrooms - end unit has 6 people in a one bedroom. Trash always overflowing and neighbors rude. Parking is a problem, and most people block driveway, so can't get in or out.
