Pleasant Place - Getting Too Expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/27/2000 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000   Very nice people, garage, w/d, d/w in unit, patio, pool. relatively new appliances, gated community. located on the edge of expressway and kind of near airport so noise can be an annoyance. neighborhood is not that great either. i lived there for a year and enjoyed my time there. perfect if you're a single working person but not the kind of place that i'd raise my family. the management is excellent however. the rates are going up though, like everything else so not sure if it would still be the steal that i thought it was when i found it! i think they're renting out my apartment for approx 180% of what i rented it out at just over a year ago. ouch.
