1776 Apartments

Pretty happy here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/26/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Apartments are very nice, though our one bedroom is on the small side (about 650 sq ft) They have just repainted which has really given the place a face lift. Appliances are newer and each unit has a D/W and a W/D. The W/D is small but it beats the laundromat. Each unit also has a garage with electronic opener and an outdoor storage closet. Expressway and airport do create a lot of noise which I'm sure will be worse in the summer when windows are open more. Neighbors are quiet and since we've been there have not had any problems in the complex. Management is helpful and responsive and the maintenance guy is great. Another mentioned the neighborhood. It isn't a bad area, its just surrounded by auto body shops which makes it industrial looking. They are currently building senior units kitty corner from our complex which will provide more traffic and make it a little more "residential". The Safeway center is getting a facade update which will really make that center look great. Overall we are extremely pleased but wish it were A LOT cheaper! One bonus is they do not have leases but guarantee to lock you in at your rate for a year. Enables mobility and guarantees your price-nice if you are a younger couple like myself who isn't sure where they will be a year from now.
