The parking is something that you should keep in mind if you plan to live here. There is one assigned spot and the open parking is very, very limited. Remodel and great new look and feel - The owners sold the building which was in desperate need of an overhaul and the new owner has done a wonderful job. All the units have been gutted and redone with nice wood floors, fresh paint and newer appliances. The outside of the building has also been given a fresh coat of paint and they've done a great job with the landscaping as well.
