Poor Staff and poor maintenance - I lived here for one year. The management (Rosa and her husband) treats you well until you sign the lease, and then they dont care about you any more.
While vacating we left our apartment neat and clean, did steam clean on carpets, but still charged me for carpet damages, paintings etc. She has taken the entire deposit amount.
