Nice APT and TERRIBLE MANAGER - This APT has terrible manager. She is a good lie and dangerous person. Geez.. harsh reviews - I stumbled on this little gem of an apartment while apartment shopping one day on a whim. Yes the building is old, but that is what give them charm AND roominess. Yes the walls are thin. It's an old building for crying out loud what do you want soundproofing?
