not that bad!!! - i just moved to these apartments and it is not that bad...they remodeled the whole place and the rooms are very spacious....

Eh - I stayed at this apartment for close to 8 months. I would NOT recommend it. The fixtures and cabinets are subpar. The walls and ceilings are PAPER thin. My girlfriend and I would have to tip toe around and still we would receive minutes (MINUTES!) of pounding from the downstairs neighbor with what had to be a broom. Had a great experience with them - We lived there for four years and consider Troy one of the best managers we've ever encountered. When ever we had an issue they were very quick to respond and always had repairs done quickly. Once I even broke the toilet trying to replace the seat, cracked the porcelain and flooded the bathroom.
