say hello to the roaches for me From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   i lived here for 3 years but only b/c it was two blocks away from sjsu. beggars can't be choosers but this is how the place really is. your wonderful neighborhood includes lovely neighbors of a halfway house across the street. the parking garage is only 1 way in and 1 way out in a very narrow and low space so just imagine 1 car trying to get in and 1 car trying to get out. use your imagination. ooh and my apartment is the best. ok fine one plus is that they come with 2 bdrm master suites with a 2 sink bathroom in each room. but the best part is that the bathrooms are illegally molded all over the walls. oh and i can't forget to mention the 70's carpeting along with it's matching wooden wall panels. my favorite part is that i always have good company b/c my apt is infested with mutant roaches that never die and constantly multiply. try entertaining guests in a living situation like that. the insulation was so great in my room that i can hear the outside and during winter it was like 30 degrees inside my bedroom so i "ghettoly" insulated the windows myself by shoving plastic bags between the cracks. i know that the management is really nice and they try really hard but the place is just old and crappy.
