Cheap, Good staff and maintenance, Very old buildings

The summary best describes what I mean.
Since these are old buildings, there are a some noise issues.
They have no A/C.
No in built Washer Dryer or Dish Washer, though they provide a portable dishwasher if requested.
This makes it very uncomfortable.
The rest of the scenarios are good, in that the maintenance attends to your needs right away, the office staff are very helpful.
The moving out has nothing to do with any of the problems with the apartment.
A lot cheaper than most apartments and they try to keep it that way.
