decent if you get a cheap deal

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I have been living in this complex for 4 years. The studio was really spacious and it was cheap when I moved in. They didn't raise the rent by much during the dotcom craze. The staff was friendly and responsive, especially Denise, the resident manager. However the complex is old and there's so much you can do with maintanence. A major renovation is needed.
