Great apartment if you're broke From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I would only recoment this apt. if you have no problems with little kids running around, 100 degree heat (inside your apt.), incompetent staff, frequent checks inside your apt. without you being inside, tickets for parking on the street, dogs barking at night, any sort of noise at all (because you can hear EVERYTHING), and fire truck sirens wailing by at all hours of the night (right next to fire station). But besides those minor things, it's cheap.
