I really enjoy living at the Aegena. I have been living here for a couple of years and I have to say...I truly enjoy living here. The location is excellent...you are right in the middle of everything...every place that you would want to go to shop or for entertainment is just minutes away. The school district is very good. My neighbors are great...they are very friendly. The Aegena is under new Management. The new Manager and staff are great. They are friendly and are always willing to help. Maintenance is great...the grounds are always well kept and clean and your maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. If you have an emergency...maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for a place with professional management, prompt maintenance and a great location...the Aegena is the place to be.
