This place has a great price, good maintenance, friendly staff, decent location.

Noise from fire trucks/ambulances can be annoying since the station is right down the street.

Walls are fairly thin and can hear neighbors' television sets.

Unfortunately, no air conditioning.

Actual parking in complex can be difficult if you don't buy a covered spot, but there is plenty of street parking available.

Library down the street as well as an Albertsons, Walgreens..

Short walk to Westgate shopping center.

Not perfect but definitely a good deal.
