I've been at Aegena for less than a year, The drains are all backed up and smell of sewage even after many attempts at the maintenance team snaking the pipes.
I have rusty water running outta my sinks that Maintenance says "just let them run for a bit before you use the water".
The water heater is horrible, I've had them out several times to look at it and they say I have the temperature set too high, it was barely BODY temperature at that point and would runout in a matter of minutes, they constantly blamed me for the issue.
Parking is horrible, even if you find a spot, the idiot that parks next to you will block you in so you can't open your door.
Would I recommend this apartment to anyone....
Not a chance.
