Parking lie.. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The Parking is horrible here, anytime after 8pm it s hard to find parking. After 10pm almost impossible. There has been at least once a week were I could not find parking inside the Aegena parking area, had to park on the street. During the day parking is adequate, that would fool a person looking to lease an apartment at the Aegena. It is all right to rent here you don t own a vehicle. Since the new rent increase it s the same as the other surrounding apartments. I would not rent here, there is no savings here do to the lack of control of open parking. Also notice a few parking spots that are always open, asked a neighbor about it, there is a weighting list for an assigned parking spot. Good thing about the place the maintenance is quick and responsive. For the most part Aegena s common areas are clean. Also has gas stoves and hot water. I never see any of the management walking around inspecting the place, should be done on a daily basis.
