Fire trucks and funny smells

We live here.

The rent is affordable and management is admirable.

However, the Aegena is ancient and has major issues with insulation.

It gets DANGEROUSLY hot in the summer, the windows are inadequate, and the street noise is ever-apparent.

Every couple of days, a rotten smell comes from the pipes and the walls near the pipes.

There is not nearly enough parking and we have to park in an adjacent neighborhood at least 4 out of 7 days a week.

Only friendly spiders.
