I would never recommend these apartments to my worst enemy!

I have lived in a two bedroom apartment at the "Aegena Apartments" for several months and it has been the worse experience ever.
The NOISE level inside of the apartments is horrible.
There is no insulation between the apartments, which explains the amount of noise.
Of course, when I asked the management about the noise level inside of the apartment (before I moved in) they stated that the apartments were extremely quiet.
What a bunch of bull! I can hear my neighbors talking, walking, and breathing like if they were in my own apartment.
The floor cracks every time my upstairs neighbor moves from one location to another.
The grounds are not well kept and the complex seems to need a good team of MANAGERS.
I will be moving out as soon as my finances permit and will never look back.
The apartments are affordable, but the amount of noise will drive anyone crazy.
Its definitely not worth the 1200 than we pay monthly.
Honestly, the apartment should be renting for about $900.00.
The management...lets see...where do I start.
They are the most incompetent women (nothing against women) I have ever encountered (their names are Denise and Erika).
Dont ever call them or talk to them about any issues regarding the complex or your unit because they will lay into you before you have even explained your concern.
They are extremely defensive and they absolutely never listen to the tenant.
Youre better talking directly with the maintenance guys because they actually make things happen not "waste your time".
All the managers care about is sitting in their office and pissing tenants off.
I have spoken with sevaral tenants and they have agreed that the management could be alot better.
Im not generally one to spend time writing articles like this one, but in this situation is worth the time and energy...
