i'd rather avoid- nothing special

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
- (Despite appearance) Old construction, poor insulation. You hear EVERYTHING between upstairs/downstais apartments.
- Maintenance very slow and unresponsive.
- Cranky manager who?ll do nothing to address any issues you may have.
So don?t have any issues while living there :-)
- Overpriced (due to deceptive external appearance)
- Parting surprise: Took carpet-cleaning fee from my deposit (despite a very clean carpet).
