It's a old building, sections remodeled, but still old and creaky, which means if you live downstairs (which I did when I first moved here) you hear lots of walking - and if you live up (which I do now) stairs you feel guilty for walking - speaking about walking, walking distance to the shark tank and downtown San Jose with out being downtown San Jose very good - bike distance from work, very good - bathhouse at end of the block, that's fine, good folks - what's not good is the trannie hooker that hangs around, ah to big city life.
they will always charge you for carpet cleaning even if its really clean - dam them
