Think twice and make sure you get what they have promised

I suggest that those who plan to sign up a contract think twice.
Make sure you get what they have promised.
In my case, it was advertised that the internet was free with the rent.
Yes, it was free alright but you had to steal it from your neighbor apartments.
Also, it was very noisy for the apartments on the first floor.
