Almaden Garden Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   My husband & I managed Almaden Garden Apartments a few years back. In order for a property to have a good resident manager, it takes a good property management company. Almaden Gardens has an excellent property management company. When something needed to be repaired or attented to, the property management company was always there to back us up with the funds or just support. Great company to work for. The apartments are old, but very well kept up. The residents ARE the priority.
