Some things to consider From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   The apartments are nice. I wish I still lived in a place that was well built! The location is beautiful. The lake/park and trail are peaceful. The grounds are well kept. The residents are generally quiet and courteous. The staff is friendly and helpful. Noise can be a problem -- not from the residents, but from the buses in and out of the VTA station and the traffic on Coleman. Kids race their cars and motorcycles there at all hours. The underground parking is fine, but if you park in the VTA lot, be prepared to lose your car stereo. I'm not saying this because I am bitter, but because friends and roommates had problems. The security within the community is good. I didn't think the fire alarm problem was that bad... I can remember 7-10 times over three years. I would recommend this place if you can get a good deal.
