Not worth the cost From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   These expensive apartments are tiny. The cramped feeling is extended to the tiny park spaces, where past mishaps are obvious from the car paint rubbed off on walls. The lighting is often broken. The pool is a disgusting chalky color. Neighbors are often shouting in the inner courtyard at 2 and 3am. Kids are shouting near the pool at 10 and 11pm. Most of the management is not helpful, though there is one nice girl. And did I mention this is expensive for what you get' Overall, this would have been a fantastic $900/month apartment. But you don't get your money's worth here. You're better off somewhere else. When my lease is up, I'm moving, probably to the Avalon apts. No more of this Legacy Partners b.s.
