we moved in 2 years ago and were very happy (in spite of our rent being increased), but with that new manager, i do recommend you to stay way. she has nothing to do but to tell people/residents what NOT to do. if you want to feel like you live in a boarding school, go ahead this is the place.
oh i forgot, there is a good chance that your car will be vandalized (despite being parked in the garage). what does managment do''' they send out a little note requesting the car owner to have an alarm system (wtf ''''').
if you want a headache: come on board, it's not cheap though....

As a current resident of the Almaden Lake Village Apartments I can relate to the above post. The rent is quite expensive (especially having to pay for all the utilities - water, hot water, garbage and sewer), yet the response from management for repairs and security go unheard. With the rash of auto thefts and vandalism through the development one would hope management would take a more active approach to curb these events and not rely on the police to handle patrolling the underground garage (which is supposedly patrolled by Bayside Security).

I have to agree! I am a current resident too. The utilities are outrageous! Every month the amount of my bill grows. Im guessing that its from all those water leaks in the gargage. When I asked mgmt, they told me it was the landscaping water. They should have did something to keep Leslie the old manager. If there was a problem she always took the time to listen to you. The new manager will cut you off right in mid stream and not give you the time of day. She is always to busy to deal with anything.
