Highly Recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The rental staff are very courteous, very friendly, and they don't try to scam you with all kinds of fees after you terminate your contract. We lived here from Nov. 2002 to Apr. 2003, terminated our contract early due to an unforseen house purchase. They rented our apt right away even though they have other apt. sitting empty. We get all our security deposit back, unlike previous apt. we've stayed at. Yes, their apt is outdated, floorplans may not be the best, but the experience here has definitely been worthwhile. Nice and quiet neighborhood (unless you live right by the road). So overall, highly recommend it if you care about how much you spend on your rental fees in bay area, and/or you care about rental managers' attitude when you run into problems with your apt.
