Greedy management. Only care about $$$ From: crappyamberwood Date posted: 12/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Forget about those rosy reviews. Those are fake and most likely created by management people. The truth is the management only care about $$$, not the residents. They charged me cleaning fee when I moved out despite the fact that I kept and cleaned the apartment in the best condition it could have. The "normal wear and tear" does not mean anything to them. They took money out from your security deposit anyway. Anybody has any suggestion on how to fight with them (small claims court') to get the money back' By the way, for the management, if you really care about the rating, instead of disguising as residents to write fake reviews, be nice to your residents. Don't squeeze them on every pennies. The previous review of "cheap price" sounds very funny to me -- the reality is the rent is at least $300400 more expensive than the equivalent properties nearby.
