I am so lazy that I didn't write a review for this apartment after I move out in 2006. I moved out only because I changed a job, moved to a place closer to my current company. Otherwise, I will stay there for long time. It's a very good apartment. Beautiful, convenient, very close to the park. Maintainence is good, always clean in the yard and lawn. And rent is reasonable for me when I stayed there. And move out charge is reasonable, about $200 cleaning fee. I am going to review my current apartment, heritage apartment in sunnyvale with a very bad review. Then I remembered that my previous apartments which are much better compared to my current one. But I didn't leave good review for these good apartment. I think that's unfair for them. That's why I wrote this review after 2 years I moved out.
The management team is good, my repair request is fulfilled quickly. They are polite and professional. Also I remembered that they did painting job for the whole apartment during my stay. Though I thought the apartment looks good enough, they still did the painting and roof reparing. And the apartment always kept in clean status. They did lawn cleaning every week. My current apartment is very bad in this.
