Archstone Monterey Grove

Read this before you go in! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   As with all Archstone properties I've stayed at: 1. Staff is usually very nice. 2. Big-Corporate policies are great for business contracts, but can be costly headaches for individuals. (a la carte options like parking, water, w/d and trash can raise the price of your apartment). 3. Clean-up and turn-over charges seem to be a real revenue stream for them (i.e. kiss your deposit plus several hundred dollars goodbye). Never let them do a final walk-through without you unless you have unlimited funds!
