I am shocked by all the negative comments!!! I have lived here for 17 months now and LOVE this place! I admit that it was a rough start at first because the complex was nearing its completion, but have had no problems since.



The layout and space is great. Garage is a plus! Rent is a little pricey but worth it.

Free snacks and gourmet coffee in the office are a nice extra.

New appliances are great. Restaurants, stores, gas station and cinemas are only a 5 minute drive or less!



No matter where you live, there are always going to be people that have a bad day or bad experiences that feel the need to exagerate their problems. Okay, some of the things are legitimate.



Although management has had its ups and downs and some employees are better than others, isn?t it like that in every business all over the world' I have always been impressed with most of the staff. I am especially happy with the current staff. They are always helpful, friendly and follow through on their promises. I am surprised to hear the 2 negative comments about Angel Flores as he has ALWAYS been helpful and professional to me. He has consistently been the one employee that I can say goes the extra mile for you.



The property is well groomed and beautifully landscaped. Okay, the gates to the entrance do not prevent nonresidents from just driving in, but after all, they are only to give you an extra "sense" of safety. Like anywhere else you go in life, COMMON SENSE goes a long way when it applies to safety! Of course unfortunate incidents can happen to anyone, anywhere. Yes, I admit the neighborhood behind us is one of the oldest around and looks like a "ghetto". They sometimes play loud music, but I have had no problems with anyone from that neighborhood and I live right next to it. In fact, the few times any loud music has played over there, the police responded quickly to have the noise stopped by a reasonable time. It is simply an old neighborhood of long time residents that like to party sometimes.



The neighbors can be heard sometimes through the walls. The grounds, pool, gym, and public restrooms are very clean. Maintenence responds quickly when you need them, which has been never for me within the past 15 months because I have had NO PROBLEMS!



Overall, I highly recommend this place. After shopping around, I am still proud to call this place home!
