I live in this complex about 14 months now, too bad I need to move out but so far I did not have any bad experience with management, staff or with unit. Of cource nothing is perfect, still we come across few issues but as long as you get help no big deal. Yeah that is true there is a particular staff in the management when he says "I'll get back to you" doesn't keep his promise, you need to get back to him again and again, so my solution is I don't deal with him.
Prev manager I can't remember her name which is not so important anyway, was a pain, good thing they let her go on time. If you have any issues they come and fix it right away.
Buildings are large and very roomy, I love the storage space. It is all over quite here, sure whereever you go you will find loud people which has nothing to do with managment soon you complain they deal with it, if you don't obey they give you three chance than you are out in 30 days. I guess this is what management can do only to keep other tenants comfortable.
Some units has attached garage which is nice if not there is open parking space which is not so big deal, of course if you wanna park right front of your door everyday good luck, that is why it is called open parking.
And about Ants I had problem once because of my cats' food (as we all know ants comes to food) soon I take care of that without any chemical or poison I haven't seen even one.
ABout safety of this place, recomended very safe, personally I live at the first floor and forgot do lock my door many times, no problem.
