My husband and I have been here for 2 months. It has been quiet until our upstairs neighbor moved in. From then on it was rough sex in the middle of the night. How can you tell them to knock it off when its between
1-3am in the morning. Their god damn bed squeaks so freaking loud that it wakes you up and you can hear them moaning! You tell the management several times and nothing is resolved. We post a note on their door they still dont? get it! From then on we noticed the insulation is terrible and poor. Anyone who wants to hear the fun from upstairs you are certainly welcome!

You can hear your upstairs neighbor heavy footsteps and door slamming. What happen to the seal of service they offer! That is full of crap! I think the only thing to do is tape record them and let the mgmt hear it to prove that no human being can live like this!
To get a garage you have to pay $75 monthly which is ridiculous. In order to get an open space parking you have to be home before 730pm. Water heater is badly installed where you can hear the water running through the pipe inside the wall of your bedroom and it sounds like its going to explode any minute.

We can't wait to move out of here, another long 16 months with them. The next time you want help from the mgmt office ask for Beatrice. She is very helpful and friendly.


Other than that the apartment is spacious.
