We moved in to a brand new apartment and loved it until they moved in a pair of 20 something guy roomates that had air hockey table in their place and have partys every night.
After complaining for 6 months, calling the cops for 3 months, they finally got them moved somewhere else. Of course it might have something to do with one of the managers moving in above them and getting disturbed themselves.
You will hear every single footstep of even a small person, the insulation is non-existant. When you add to it that there is a party going on every night somewhere nearby you will not get any peace.
The management was terrible, the worst I've ever seen in 20 years of renting across the entire country.
The only good thing I can say is 2 months before our lease was up they had finally replaced the entire staff but it really didn't get much better and we had HAD IT from the months of trouble.
They do not have Pac Bell as standard service but you can get it for 120 extra.
The DSL from Pac Bell is good, but from their private company it's terrible and twice as much.
Oh yeah, you will hear gunshots on occasion.
But if you like to PARTY! It's the place to be. I would have loved it as a young 23 yr old fresh out of college.
But not a place for a family or a couple.
