i've beenhere for almost a year, and i love it. the apartments are nice and spacious, every time i've had a problem with something it has been addressed in a timely manor, after i moved in i noticed that the kithen floor was torn under the fridge. i called and the maintenence was there within 5 minutes, no ---- 5 minutes to view the problem and they fixed it the next day by replacing the entire kitchen floor and because there was some air pockets in the bathroom floor they replaced that also. I agree that you can hear your nieghbors above you, i mean you can hear everything, but thats a small price to pay. i did get discouraged though when about a week ago the swimming pool, the small pool turned green and stayed that way for a few days, then when they fixed it there was still green stuff in it. they closed it and i'm not sure if it is open yet, when i called the office to let them know there was green yucky stuff in the pool they said "we know" and didn't offer any info. overall i really like it here, it's nice and quiet.
