We have just received our second noise complaint for walking. This one includes a threat to take legal action.
Our downstairs neighbor hears all of our footsteps and complains. We here the upstairs neighbor walking.
What are we supposed to do' Not walk' They have incredibly poor construction and blame us'
Management said they receive at least one noise complaint each week. Just ignore it she says.
I wish the downstairs neighbor had read these reviews so he would stop complaining.
I will be glad when the lease is up and we can leave. Not to mention we rutinely come home to find no parking spaces, and the fitness equipment has problems.
