I have been living here for a year and a half now. Excited that my lease is coming to an end. The apartment appears to be luxurious and very pleasant. I think they care more about the appearance then the tennants.

The pool is very nasty during the summer months...I didnt think they ever cleaned it. Hairballs were at the bottom everyday, I had to wait for the cleaning day just to cool off in the summer. Which by the way was Monday. They really need to pay someone to clean it daily especially during the summer when it is in its prime use.


The office staff is beyond clueless. I have had several maintence problems with them since I lived here. The ladies give me bogus ideas of when "they" think my problem will be fixed. I have taken hours off of work to meet the service man and he has never showed. I call the staff and they say "it should be today", however when I come home it never seems to be done. I was without air in the summer and now I am without heat. This is really crappy service. I mean get a clue or talk to your service man and get the times straight.

The insulation is very poor, this apartment seems to have the cheapest materials installed, my cabinets in the kitchen are crooked and my countertop is lifting. Not to mention the cheap kitchen and bathroom floors are lifting too. Door hinges were missing too. And my screen was bent'''

The water heater is outside by the bedroom and it it so loud it sounds like it's going to explode at any time. You can't even have a heater and hot water at the same time. I have had it adjusted and I am expected to freeze in the cold winter mornings when getting out of the shower. How can they advertise that as Central heat and Air when it runs off of the hot water'

You can hear everyone walking by too, it sounds like a parade outside your door. I dont feel comfortable with my neighbors as they have stolen items from me. Sometimes I feel like I should just live in a raggy apartment bldg, then I would save some money.


People speed through the complex like its the Indi 5000, and its gated but somehow everyone manages to get in the gates.

And during the holidays they post signs on the gates to let you know your rent is due, common now I think we are coherent on the date rent is due. We are adults not kids.

I wanted a luxury apartment I got it I just dont feel like they give a ---- about the people who acutally pay to live here and expect decent service in return. I mean you pay for what you get, but at this rate I am OVERPAYING!
