First of all, don't be fooled, this area is NOT the cute Willow Glen. There are no shops to walk to, in fact you probably don't want to walk around here for safety reasons.
Second of all, you will be taken advantage of. They sent me lease renewal papers, offering $1236 with a 12 month lease. The next day, I saw an ad on craigslist offering $1070! So, just be weary, make sure you do some research before you sign or renew a lease.

Also, if you move here you must get a top floor apartment, otherwise it is miserable getting woken up in the middle of the night by your upstairs neighbors having sex. I can also hear their dog running around ALL the time. Speaking of animals, people let their dogs pee wherever, even though there are designated areas, and the walkways end up stinking so much that you have to hold your breath when you walk through. So if you don?t like animals, move to one of the buildings that don?t allow animals.

Parking at night is a pain, it?s worth it to get a carport, I got one for $10/month although they have charged up to $50. Like I said, they will rip you off.

The pool is ALWAYS freezing cold, although they claim it is heated, and it?s dirty anyway.

If you can get the apartment for $1070, it might be worth it, but otherwise I would move somewhere else. I'm moving out soon and I can't wait!
