I have to admit it's really not worth the money to live here....at all. If you're by yourself and you're on the top floor, it's great. I live on the top floor and while it's great for noise...trying to get furniture up those staircases is damn near impossible.

I live with two other guys and we all have our girlfriends over. I had no idea that the noise was so bad below. Our poor neighbors. I play my tv very loud sometimes. In fact, I've actually walked into their apartment a few times (sorry). I don't think they live there anymore.

Well, it's a fairly nice place. I live on the corner top apt with a big ass bathroom and a 2nd (and tiny) room that we use for an office. Would I pay for it. Hell no. I can't believe what I'm paying for.

Cons: too expensive, the gates suck, the parking sucks, the workout room is a joke, they have tow trucks patrol the lot after hours, so don't park even a degree outta line. Surrounding neighborhood likes big, unmuffled V8s that they rev for a few hours for no good reason.

Pros: It's a pretty clean place with nice pools and good internet. But....that's about it.
