I lived there for two years. My first year they said the rent would stay the same - then this year they raised it by $200! Also, I didn't receive some of my mail - not good. Just not fab. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

So you think prices should never go up? The rent should always stay the same? Did you consider that each year thier operating costs go up (electricity, gasoline, property taxes, etc), but you still expect the same level of service I'll bet. I don't think anyone living in the same place 50, 25, 10, 5 or even 2 years ago are paying the same price now as when they moved in. It's called the Cost of Living, and it goes up every year, just check the prices next time you go to fill up your car at the gas station.....that affects businesses too.
